1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the wa777 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a wa777 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the wa777 Platform or any affiliated platform.

wa777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wa777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

You must notify wa777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. wa777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

wa777 employs SSL/TLS encryption and optional two-factor authentication (OTP-based) to protect account access. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication through their account settings.

5. Deposits & Payments

wa777 accepts the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by wa777, although limits may apply at the payment provider level.

All funds deposited by you must originate from a payment source in your own name. wa777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures. Deposits from third-party sources, including other individuals' JazzCash wallets or bank accounts, are not permitted.

wa777 processes deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may differ from published interbank rates.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa — typically within 1–2 hours of approval; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — within 2–4 hours during business hours; USDT TRC20 — near-instant following approval. These timelines are indicative and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to identity verification procedures, banking processing times, or technical issues.

wa777 reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. You agree to promptly provide any documentation reasonably requested as part of this process. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the withdrawal being held or the account being restricted pending review.

Bonus Funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in Bonus Funds being forfeited.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

wa777 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, or other incentives to players. Each offer is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum cashout limits.

General bonus terms applicable to all wa777 promotions unless otherwise specified:

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

• Abusing, threatening, or harassing wa777 staff or other platform users.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposits.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform. Any winnings resulting from known glitches are not payable and will be reversed.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from wa777.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wa777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

wa777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

wa777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13. Amendments to These Terms

wa777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wa777 will notify registered players via account notification or the email address / mobile number associated with your account, providing a minimum of 7 days' notice before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wa777 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
